Visit with Ma'maw

This morning Madi got to talk with you for a few minutes.  She's looking forward to hearing from you this afternoon!  Though you must be waking up early to talk to her at 3pm ours/4am yours!

We went to visit Ma'maw this morning.  Was really great to visit with her.  Jeremy has some pics on his iPad so we'll try to get them on here at some point.  All of the women were watching a show while they were sitting in their wheelchairs/seats.  Though Ma'maw said she really wasn't watching anything.

Madi went and sat on her lap for the majority of the time we were there.  Jules was running around everywhere and mostly loved banging on the doors saying "out?!"  She sat to watch the TCM channel that was on and when an older man smoked, she goes "bubbles!!" and then asked "Boz?" which means she wanted her Boz video on.  The women got a total kick out of her and just smiled and said beautiful.  Riley wasn't quite sure of the whole thing.  She spent quite a bit of the time hugging my legs.

Ma'maw knew that we were related and said that Jeremy looked like his daddy.  She asked what our girls names were and couldn't remember my name or Jeremy's name.  To her credit, we haven't seen her much.  She went to tell the lady next to her that Madi was her baby, but when asked her name, Ma'maw asked Madi to tell the lady her name.  She was aware of who we were, but couldn't say who we were.

She was very drawn in the eyes and while spunky in her own way, not as spunky as we've seen in her in the past.  That probably goes without saying.  Jeremy asked if she was going to have lunch after the communion (a local Pastor came to do communion with them while we were there), but Ma'maw simply said "I don't know."

It was very nice to go see her.  We're hoping to go at least one more time soon.

Tonight Jeremy and I have my staff party to go to and my parents are coming over to watch the girls for a little while.  Tomorrow is church and laundry.

Madi's working on her project for Scotland and will do some Fasttmath, but other than that there isn't much homework.  She'll play some World of Warcraft in a little bit when Jules is down for her nap.
